1Information We Collect
The Application has three modes, and the information collected depends on how you use it:
- Teacher mode (account required): your name, email address, phone number, subject/stage, teaching city, profile and logo images, and the account credentials you use to sign in.
- Data you enter about your students and classes: student names, group/class information, attendance records, subscription and payment records, session schedules, and optional student or guardian phone numbers that you choose to add.
- Parent mode (no account): the student activation code entered to follow a student, and the notifications delivered for the student(s) being followed.
- Automatically collected: device identifiers used for push notifications, basic device type and operating system, app version, and diagnostic information used to keep the service running.
2How We Use Information
The Service Provider uses the information solely to operate and improve the Application, including to:
- Provide teacher, parent, and offline functionality (managing groups, students, attendance, payments, and schedules).
- Deliver push notifications such as follow-up reports, subscription renewal reminders, and announcements from the teacher.
- Authenticate teachers and secure access to their data.
- Provide diagnostics, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.
3Device Permissions
The Application may request the following device permissions, each of which is optional and used only for the stated purpose:
- Camera: used only to scan a student's QR code for attendance. Camera images are processed on the device to read the code and are not stored or transmitted.
- Notifications: used to deliver push notifications relevant to your account or the student you follow. You may disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
4Push Notifications
The Application uses OneSignal to deliver push notifications. To do this, a push notification identifier for your device is stored so that relevant notifications (reports, reminders, and announcements) can be delivered to the correct recipient. You can stop receiving notifications by disabling them in your device settings or by signing out, which removes your device from the notification service.
5Offline Mode Data
Offline mode is designed for teachers without an account. In this mode, all data you enter — groups, students, attendance, and generated QR codes — is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
If you later create a teacher account and choose to sync your offline data, only then is that data uploaded to your account so it can be managed online. Uninstalling the Application deletes all locally stored offline data.
6Data About Students
Teachers using the Application may enter data about their students. When you enter such data, you act as the party responsible for that information and confirm that you are authorized to process it and, where required, that you have obtained the necessary consent from the student or their parent/guardian.
7Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for use by teachers and parents/guardians, not by children. Any information about a student who is a minor is entered by the teacher, not by the child. The Service Provider does not knowingly allow children to create accounts or provide personal information directly.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law for processing a student's data, the teacher is responsible for obtaining it. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the Service Provider, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
8Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at malok.butt@gmail.com.
If you are located in a region with additional privacy rights (such as the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), those rights — including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — are available to you by contacting the Service Provider at the address above. The Service Provider does not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9Third Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Links to the privacy policies of the third-party providers used by the Application:
Only the data necessary to provide these services is shared, and these providers are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes beyond providing the service.
10Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose information you provide or that is automatically collected:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
11International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your consent where required and legally permitted. Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12Data Retention
The Service Provider retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Teacher account and entered data: retained while the account is active and for a limited period thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
- Push notification identifiers: retained until you sign out or disable notifications.
- Offline mode data: stored only on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application.
- Data required for legal compliance: retained as long as required by applicable law.
To request deletion of your data, contact the Service Provider at malok.butt@gmail.com.
13Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. Access to teacher accounts is protected by authentication tokens, and sign-out removes the device's association with your account.
14Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your teacher account and its associated data at any time by contacting the Service Provider at malok.butt@gmail.com. For parent mode, removing a followed student from the Application and uninstalling it stops all further data use. For offline mode, uninstalling the Application permanently deletes all locally stored data.
15Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-09.
16Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
